Claudio is a global real estate executive with an extensive track record of leading business growth.

Claudio has been involved in all phases of Neptune’s development since its founding. He is responsible for executing the overall strategic direction of the firm. Additionally, he oversees and manages the day-to-day operations and leads all acquisitions and business development initiatives. He is a member of the Investment Committee.

Before founding Neptune, Claudio served as Managing Director at Berkshire Hathaway, where he was head of the firm's global expansion, leading all efforts in Latam, Asia, and Europe. He designed, led, and executed a global master plan, resulting in the opening of the first operations of the firm in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and the UK.

Prior to that, Claudio led a real estate advisory practice serving high-net-worth individuals and investment groups. He started his career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and subsequently at UBS, where he provided comprehensive wealth management advisory to high-net-worth individuals and institutions.

Claudio holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami. He is fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, and Portuguese.
