David is a real estate expert with over four decades of experience. Throughout his career, he worked on the acquisition, financing, underwriting, and sale of over €2 billion of commercial real estate including industrial, office, residential, and retail properties. 

David has been involved in all phases of Neptune’s development since its founding. He is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the firm. Additionally, he oversees and executes all credit underwriting, debt placement, and portfolio aggregation strategies. He is the Chairman of the Investment Committee. 

Before founding Neptune, David was Partner and Director of Capital Markets at AIC Industrial, where he was responsible for both debt placements and credit underwriting on over 200 deals, covering more than €1.5 billion in net-lease industrial real estate.

Prior to that, David was Vice-President at the Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. (“Inland”), a real estate investment firm, responsible for financing all corporate and partnership acquisitions.  

David holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BA in Finance from Miami University.
